This notice explains what the walkthrough request form collects, why, and who can see it, and how optional analytics works on this website.
What the request form collects
When you request a walkthrough, the form asks for:
- your name, and the organization or property name;
- how to contact you: an email address or a phone number;
- the property’s city or ZIP code, the type of facility, and what needs attention;
- optional preparation details: the area that needs cleaning and the total building area, the number of floors and restrooms, flooring types, how often you would like cleaning, when you would like service to start, and work an existing supplier already handles.
Quick callback: just a name, phone number and a good time to call.
Please do not include access codes, alarm details or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use your request to contact you about it, to prepare and arrange a walkthrough, and to keep a record of what you asked for.
You will not get an automated text or email about this request, whichever contact method you choose.
Who can see it
Your request is saved on this website and sent to our team’s inbox. Only Green Globe Cleaning staff who handle requests can see it.
The website is hosted by WP Engine, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Your IP address is not saved with your request.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to follow up with you and for our business records. To have it corrected or deleted, call us or write to the address below.
Security check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Cloudflare receives information about your browser and connection for this check. It runs whether or not you allow optional analytics.
Analytics
Optional analytics (Google Analytics) loads only if you allow it. Requests, phone links and security checks work either way. No contact details are sent to analytics.
Your choice is kept in this browser, and you can change it at any time in Privacy settings. Withdrawing stops further collection. It cannot recall data already sent.
Separately, the website counts page views and request form steps for every visitor, without cookies, device storage, IP addresses or other identifiers, and keeps only totals.
